Well, after my good friend posted this, how could I pick any other roda for this post?

It's been a pleasure and an honor to have Instrutor Nego Lua as a capoeira teacher and a friend, and it was a wonderful moment to see him receive his purple corda and the title Instrutor. I'm looking forward to working with him more as we help grow Oficina da Capoeira in the UK together!
