Weekly roda 6th March

Whilst my wrist recovers, it's been a useful time to reflect on my capoeira, and just how much I depend on my hands when playing! This video really hit home though, because things could be much worse - but even if they are, where there's a will, there's a way!

Today is also Mothering Sunday - so a big shout to my Mum, whose love, kindness and support have helped get me this far.
